In an earlier post, we explored the importance the REM [aka Rapid Eye Movement] sleep stage as it assists the brain’s process for converting short-term memories into long-term memory. But REM is only one of the important sleep stages that have a significant impact on your ability to recover, your energy level, and much more. And that begs the question, how well do you sleep? Most people don’t know. But it’s not a mystery. You can know – and you should know. I use the Oura ring to track my sleep. Here’s a picture of the information it provides. Better sleep starts with better information. Try tracking yours. |
