Elon Musk wants to establish a human colony on Mars. For real. I’m not yet sold on the idea. It was enough for me and my wife to supervise the building of a home here on Earth, and even with that, it didn’t turn out perfectly. Imagine leaving your future – and your life – on Mars, up to, well, anyone. |

BUT I’ll acknowledge that Musk makes the journey to, and arrival on, Mars seems believable in this cool video. And Matt Damon did make it happen in the movies as The Martian. Plus, Musk has been right about a few things…. What do you think? Is space travel – or your next home on Mars — something you’d sign up for?
