In Strategic Coach I learned that All Progress Starts with the TRUTH.
If we can’t admit, or accept, the truth, we will ALWAYS have a hard time making progress because we’ll always be operating in an alternative world of falsehood.
Funny – I always expected [and maybe demanded] the truth from the people I worked with – and at the same time, I found it hard to admit my own truths. I had different intentions for others than I had for me.
Until I felt so stuck that I had no option but to get real and true about me.
And when I did that, guess what? Nobody cared!
The truth wasn’t holding me back. How I thought others might think about my truth was.
