Brian G. Bachand is the founder and CEO at evolution evolution, where the goal is to help clients who are ready for their evolution, looking for guidance on a new path or a new mindset, and need a trusted professional coach to guide them on their journey, their evolution. evolution evolution specializes where trust is needed the most, which includes specific evolution programs for executive leaders, physicians, entrepreneurs, persons immigrating, and personal joy and happiness.
Brian’s personal evolution is quite remarkable and leads up to why he is an evolution professional to help you make a change in your life and transition to what you desire to do in life. Having been in the priesthood for 8 years and working directly under a Cardinal that was on a mission of healing to sexual abuse victims, he learned first hand the power of being a healing leader, what it takes to help a leader who is trying to bring change, how to mentor a leader under tremendous scrutiny and major stress, and bring the joy when it seems hard to find. After 8 years Brian felt called to help more people with this new expertise he developed, and made a conscientious decision to leave the priesthood and start a new path with evolution evolution.
Mike and Brian cover a ton of great stuff in the episode like why he decided to become a priest and his experience working directly under a cardinal, how he translated his talents to find new career paths in executive roles, how his programs in evolution evolution help people align with themselves and what they desire, the unique breathing exercises that his clients tell everyone about, and exploring answers to the question “What do I desire?” and much more.
And now here’s Brian G. Bachand.
