Craig Handley is an entrepreneur, speaker, musician, and philanthropist. He believes in “living life like an extreme sport.” As such, he has cage dived with great white sharks and rappelled down Table Mountain in South Africa, driven the Baja 500 trail in Mexico, hiked through the jungles of Malaysia, and in Iceland he snowmobiled across a live volcano, swam in the Blue Lagoon, and dove in the famed Silfra Fissure which is the only dive site in the world where your dive is in the crack between two continental plates. He is also the 85th civilian ever to jump out of a plane from over 32,000 feet. Craig also wrote a best selling book in five categories called “Hired to Quit, Inspired to Stay: How Focusing on Employee Dreams Built an Exceptional Culture and an Unbreakable Company.”
Mike and Craig cover a ton of great stuff in this episode like how Craig built ListenTrust, the leader in Spanish, English, and bilingual contact center services, why he believes good sales scripts consistently win business, how he used a coffin to help employees dream big about their future, the secrets to a successful book launch, how he built Social Close, a social media agency to help clients build their personal brands, his bucket list goal to win a Grammy Award, and much more.
And now here’s Craig Handley.
