Dr. Madan Kandula, CEO, Opening Airways to Achieve Your Unlimited Potential – Episode 87

Dr. Madan Kandula is an Entrepreneur, Physician, CEO, and the Founder of Advent, an independent ear, nose and throat (ENT) medical practice. Dr. Kandula has pioneered the use of In-Office balloon sinuplasty and minimally invasive sinus surgery. In addition, he’s been selected multiple times as one of America’s Top Physicians, been recognized as a Healthcare Hero by the BizTimes publication and received a BRAVO Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

Mike and Madan cover a ton of great stuff in this episode, including how & why he and his company have remained independent in the face of massive health care consolidation trends, how his naiveite has helped him move forward, why he feels like he’s normal, the value he places on not following anyone else’s playbook and the lessons he learned from his radio station days at Duke University. He is an exceptionally smart, open and successful expert and leader.

And now here’s Dr. Madan Kandula.
