Robert Pardi is a life coach primarily focused on Transformational and Mindset Coaching geared towards increasing resilience and post-traumatic growth. Rob draws upon his life experiences of resilience and transformation, comprehensive training, and his vast coaching tool kit to support his clients to achieve their vision. Rob follows a holistic method that is both belief and behavior based addressing both skill and mindset for his clients to achieve their best life. Rob is passionate about coaching but more importantly, he has walked the walk, been walking the walk, and continues to do so. Rob believes there is nothing more satisfying than growing and achieving, and he wants the same for his clients.
Rob is a New Yorker through and through, yet after specific life events, he decided to follow a childhood dream and leave “it all” (his investment banking career, friends, family, security, and culture) to live in Italy. Rob now lives in the small town that his great-grandfather left over 100 years ago. He quickly realized not only how authentic the experience is in small-town Italy, but the sad reality that many of these towns are dying away due to depopulation. Therefore a few years ago he came up with the idea of giving back by hosting his workshops and retreats in breath-taking, small-town Italy.
Mike and Rob cover a ton great of stuff in this episode like the incredible life skills he learned at the hands of an abusive father, what the phrase “to emulate great people” means to him, the influence his best friend’s father had on his life, why anger fueled his highly successful career in finance, what happened when his wife intended to get a travel visa and was instead tragically diagnosed with cancer, adjusting life to the uncertainty in the years ahead, how a humbling moment while volunteering in India changed his life path, and much more.
And now here’s Rob Pardi.
