Success from Being Selfish and Liking My Grudges – Episode 25.5

In this video episode and podcast, I talk with Aleta Norris about two controversial topics that I firmly believe in, and have made me a better person and more effective leader because of it. ( Watch here https://youtu.be/hruF_CSF69Y )

First, I believe entrepreneurs need to be selfish, specifically with their time. As an entrepreneur, and CEO, I was very involved with the business, maybe too much, that I wasn’t able to achieve the goals I really needed to get done.

Second, I slowly adopted a grudge against a competitor. It took me down, and occupied my time more than I should have let it. It distracted me from my priorities. But when I decided to like my grudge, that all changed and I was able to move on.
